Please make sure your dog arrives safely secured and, if possible, with a clean and accessible coat. Let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, behavioral concerns, or special grooming requirements before the appointment.

For severely matted coats or special handling requirements, additional fees may apply.

You can cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged a portion of the service price.

How long does dog grooming take?
Most grooming sessions take approximately 1–3 hours, depending on your dog's size, coat, condition, and selected package.

Do you groom all dog breeds?
We welcome most breeds and coat types. Please provide your dog's breed and any special requirements when booking.

Can I request a specific haircut?
Yes. You can add your grooming preferences or special instructions when placing your order.

What if my dog has a matted coat?
Severe matting may require additional grooming time and could result in an additional charge. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Do you trim nails and clean ears?
Yes. Basic nail trimming and ear cleaning are included with the grooming service.

Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
